Most agency automation projects fail for a sequencing reason, not a technology reason. Week 1 — Measure before you build
Time the actual delivery work for two weeks across a representative set of accounts. Rank workflows by hours consumed multiplied by automation share. If the top workflow is not worth at least 5 hours a week, stop here and buy a subscription instead.
Weeks 2–3 — Wire the data layer
